Author Guidelines

The following guidelines are provided to assist authors in preparing their submissions for Social Sciences and Humanities. Please review each section carefully before sending your work.

Conference Topics

All submissions must correspond to the themes of Business, Management and Economics. Please refer to the Conference Topics page for the official subject list.

Abstract Specifications:

  • 200–250 words
  • 3–5 keywords
  • Abstract Submission

    • Abstracts are evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
    • Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to register for the conference.
    • Following the event, full papers may be requested for publication opportunities.
    • If a full paper is not submitted, the abstract will still appear in the Conference Abstract Book.
    • Presentation slots are confirmed only after payment of the registration fee.

    Full Paper Guidelines

    Social Sciences and Humanities accepts only high-quality manuscripts that are original and unpublished. Submissions must not be under review elsewhere.

    Language

    • English is required.
    • Both UK and US spelling are acceptable, but must not be mixed.
    • Authors are encouraged to use professional editing services where appropriate.

    Peer Review

    • Each paper will be assessed under a double-blind review system.
    • The corresponding author is responsible for confirming co-author approval.
    • The publisher assumes no liability for disputes or compensation claims.

    Formatting Requirements

    Paper Length Maximum 12 pages, including references, tables, and figures
    Abstract 200–250 words
    Keywords 3–5
    Font Times New Roman, 12 pt
    Spacing Single
    Margins Top 2.54 cm; Bottom 2.54 cm; Left 3.18 cm; Right 3.18 cm
    Page Numbers Bottom-centred
    Layout Single-column Portrait
    File Format MS Word-compatible

    Poster Presentation

    • Required size: A1 (international standard)
    • Title, authors, and affiliations should appear at the top.
    • Posters should include charts, images, or other visuals.
    • Content must reflect the accepted abstract.
    • Foam-core or heavy materials cannot be used; posters must be portable.

    Academic Integrity

    • Submissions must represent original and unpublished research.
    • Acts of plagiarism are strictly forbidden and will result in automatic rejection.

    Submission Method

    Evaluation Criteria

    Reviewers will consider:

    • Relevance and originality
    • Research quality and structure
    • Ethical standards
    • Clarity of results and arguments
    • Use of references
    • Formatting and presentation 

     Accepted submissions will be published in the Conference Proceedings.

    Oral Presentation Requirements

    • Duration: approximately 15 minutes
    • Format: author’s choice (PowerPoint, PDF, etc.)
    • Presentation equipment provided upon request
    • Presenters should arrive early to confirm setup
