Benjamin Wai-ming Ng, professor of Japanese Studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He received his Ph.D. from Princeton University. His areas of specialization include early modern Japanese history, history of the Yijing in East Asia and Sino-Japanese cultural exchanges. He is the author of The I Ching in Tokugawa Thought, Imagining China in Tokugawa Japan.
