Slavka Demuthova works as a Professor at the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Arts, University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava. She is also the director of the university Center for Psychological Counselling and Research. Her research focuses on thanatology, self-harm, and evolutionary aesthetics.
